1. Who you are buying from
The scooters and electric bikes on this site are sold by EMBRA DEALS under ABN 62 842 196 400, a sole trader in Australia. Questions, warranty claims and returns: support@embradeals.com.
2. Price
Prices run from A$139 to A$199, in Australian dollars, while stocks last. The price shown before payment is the amount taken, once. There is no subscription and no later charge.
Delivery within mainland Australia is free and included. Nothing is due to the courier on arrival.
3. Ordering and payment
Your order is accepted when the payment clears and we send you a confirmation email. Payment is taken by our payment provider (Revolut or Hello Clever): we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and we never see or store your card number.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we cancel it and refund you in full. We are not obliged to sell at an obviously wrong price caused by a display error, and in that case we cancel and refund rather than dispatch.
4. Delivery
Dispatched from Australia — free, tracked, 7–10 working days. The tracking number is sent by email and text as soon as the parcel leaves. Risk passes to you on delivery. See delivery and returns for the detail.
5. Change of mind — our 14-day policy
As a goodwill policy of our own — not something the law requires — you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return an unused item for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. Tell us at support@embradeals.com, we email you a prepaid label, and we refund in full within 14 days of the item reaching us. Keep the original box for those 14 days — it is what protects the item on the way back. An item returned used, damaged or with missing parts may be refunded only in part, and we tell you first.
6. Warranty
Every model carries a 2-year warranty on parts and labour against manufacturing defects, from the delivery date, handled by Australian support. It does not cover wear items (tyres, brake pads, grips), crash damage, misuse, modification or submersion. The battery is covered for one year against defects; a normal loss of capacity over time is not a defect.
This warranty sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL: you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
7. Liability
We are responsible for the bike being what we describe and for honouring the warranty and the cancellation window. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Each model is intended for one rider at a time. The e-bikes are pedelecs and may be ridden from age 14.
8. Problems, and the law that applies
Write to support@embradeals.com first: most problems are settled within a day or two, and we would rather fix an order than argue about it. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
